Delete your Sveta Misa account
The fastest and safest method is available inside the mobile app.
- Open My account and scroll to the bottom.
- Choose Account deletion and confirm that you want the email verification code.
- Enter the one-time code in the app and confirm deletion a second time.
After the second confirmation, sign-in is disabled immediately, direct account identifiers are pseudonymised, sign-in identities and device tokens are removed, and public contact consent is withdrawn. A protected encrypted recovery copy and linked account data are kept for no longer than 30 days. The account and remaining linked data are then permanently deleted automatically. Processed administrative records may remain only in anonymised form when necessary.
If you change your mind during the 30-day recovery period, contact us from the email address that belonged to the account. Restoration is possible only before the scheduled final deletion. Restored accounts must reconnect Google or Apple sign-in and re-enable optional consents.
